This Heritage 60cm oven makes cooking easy in an eye-catching, simple to use package. The quadruple-glazed glass door has a soft open-and-close function for easy and safeuse whilst behind this is an A++ rated oven with a 76-litre capacity. This model is finished in Avorio.
There are 11 functions to choose from, which includes mid-low cooking for baking or slow cooking, whilst the fan-assisted mode ensures heat distribution across all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. The total steam oven uses water vapour to seal in flavour, nutrients, vitamins and minerals to make food healthier and cooking quicker. It also has a water tank that can be removed and refilled during the cooking process. The pyrolytic self-cleaning mode makes the interior look brand new by using a high temperature cleaning cycle that locks the oven door for safety and efficiency.

The Bertazzoni assistant uses smart technology to help you produce perfect dishes again and again.
