Standard Deliveries are usually 3-10 working days. Transport teams will call 1 day before delivery to confirm date and time slot, and they will also call 1 hour prior to delivery. On delivery you will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

Missed or refused deliveries will incur a £49.99 charge.

We deliver to UK Mainland only.

We do not regularly deliver to the following postcode areas: KW, BT, IV, AB, PH, or certain parts of Scotland including the Highlands, Isles, outlying areas, and North/Central Scotland, unless agreed in advance.

Holding & Rescheduling Deliveries-
If required, we can arrange to hold goods for a short period until you are ready to receive them (subject to availability and agreement).

If you need to change a confirmed delivery date, please give us as much notice as possible.

If delivery is attempted and the customer is not available, a £49.99 failed delivery charge will apply.
