Delivery & Installation Policy

Delivery Overview

• All deliveries are carried out to ground-floor level only.

• Customers must ensure clear, safe access to the delivery location.

• If access is restricted, unsafe, or unsuitable, delivery may be refused and charges may apply.

• Missed or refused deliveries will incur a £49.99 charge.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to UK Mainland only.

• We do not regularly deliver to the following postcode areas: KW, BT, IV, AB, PH, or certain parts of Scotland including the Highlands, Isles, outlying areas, and North/Central Scotland, unless agreed in advance.

• If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Charges & Surcharges

• Free nationwide delivery may apply to qualifying mainland areas.

• Surcharges may apply to:

  • Remote or distant postcodes

  • Congestion or restricted access zones

  • Certain third-party or finance-based orders

• Any applicable surcharge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Method

• Depending on your location, goods may be delivered via third-party couriers.

• Use of third-party couriers may extend delivery times.

• Delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Inspection & Damage Reporting

• Customers must inspect goods before signing for delivery.

• If you are unable to fully inspect, please sign as “DAMAGED” as a precaution.

• Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Damage reported outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Holding & Rescheduling Deliveries

• If required, we can arrange to hold goods for a short period until you are ready to receive them (subject to availability and agreement).

• If you need to change a confirmed delivery date, please give us as much notice as possible.

• If delivery is attempted and the customer is not available, a £49.99 failed delivery charge will apply.

Important Notes

• Entry into your property beyond the doorstep is at the customer’s own risk.

• We are not responsible for damage caused to property or goods due to restricted access, tight spaces, staircases, or unsuitable delivery conditions.

• This policy applies equally to deliveries and collections.

• Installation services are available in the local West Midlands area, and in some cases nationwide, subject to item type and location.

• Installation prices vary by appliance and location and will be confirmed after the order is placed.

• Installation will only be carried out where existing connections are safe and suitable.

• Any required modifications or additional work will incur extra charges.

• Disposal of old appliances is available at an additional cost.

• Disposal charges vary by product type and will be confirmed when arranging delivery or installation.
