The Sterling Pro Green SPI122 1200 Litre Double Door Gastronorm Refrigerator is a high-capacity commercial refrigeration solution designed for demanding professional kitchens that need substantial chilled storage, durable construction and reliable temperature control. With a generous 1200-litre gross capacity and 868-litre net usable capacity, it provides extensive space for fresh produce, dairy products, prepared ingredients and bulk catering stock. Its operating temperature range of -2°C to +8°C makes it well suited to restaurants, hotels, cafés, takeaways and larger catering operations where consistent refrigeration is essential throughout busy service periods.

The SPI122 uses a fan-assisted cooling system to help circulate cold air throughout the cabinet and maintain even temperatures across both storage sections. Automatic defrosting reduces routine maintenance, while 50mm CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps retain cold air and support dependable everyday performance. The cabinet uses R290a hydrocarbon refrigerant and carries an E energy rating.

Constructed from stainless steel inside and out, the SPI122 is built to withstand regular commercial use while remaining straightforward to clean and maintain. Rounded internal edges help reduce dirt traps, while the two-door layout gives easier access to different areas of the cabinet. It is supplied with 6 adjustable shelves, three per door, each measuring approximately 560 x 542mm, while the cabinet provides 18 grid-level positions for flexible storage organisation.

The doors are lockable and feature full-length integrated handles for easier use in busy kitchens. Castors are fitted to make repositioning and cleaning around the appliance easier, while the digital temperature display gives staff a clear view of operating conditions. With a standard 13A plug connection, large 1200-litre gross capacity and professional construction, the Sterling Pro Green SPI122 is a strong choice for businesses that need serious upright chilled storage without moving to a walk-in cold room.
